Cleanup Crew

  • Move all rental equipment to the hallway near the office:
    • Move all rental games to the hallway
    • Stack all tables and chairs in hallway.
  • Remove balloons and signs \ flyers \ menus from doors and walls and bring to main office.
  • All rental tables and chairs be brought to the hallway outside the office.
  • Empty all ticket buckets into garbage
  • Put all extra prizes into designated boxes
  • Place popcorn machine back into kitchen area.
  • Cotton Candy machine goes to the area in front of main office for pickup by rental company
  • Cleanup of classroom include:
    • Floors cleaned up and swept
    • All garbages in the rooms need to be emptied and replaced with new garbage bags.
  • Sweep hallways
  • Garbage needs to be put into the dumpster outside in the parking lot.
  • Rooms and hallway floors needs to be swept and all debris picked up.
  • Room tubs to be emptied, consolidated and stacked
  • Ticket buckets to be stacked
  • Move Winterfest boxes, ticket buckets, extra supplies from school to the basement of the junior high building.
  • Inspect classrooms \ gym to make sure everything is clean.
